About the role
We’re hiring a hybrid clinician–operations teammate who enjoys both direct clinical work and supporting a smooth, high-touch client experience behind the scenes. Treat primarily adults; space for additional specialities (e.g., eating disorders, couples, identity).
Participate in a weekly peer consultation group and team meetings.

Intake Coordinator:

Match prospective clients with appropriate therapists based on multiple factors.
Schedule consultations and ongoing sessions.
Verify insurance benefits.

Administrative/Office Management Support:
Process and send records requests and coordinate documentation needs.
Order and maintain office supplies and support basic office organization.
Maintain internal data sheets, trackers, and records.
Assist with therapist onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Provide additional administrative support as needed to help operations run smoothly.
